Mandy Connell and Courtney Robb at Velmos

  • Some Velvet Morning 123 Queens Parade Clifton Hill, VIC, 3068 Australia (map)

Connell plays from 8pm until 9pm

Mandy Connell joins Courtney Robb (SA) to launch Robb's new album 'You Are Not Alone'. This is one of only two shows in July for Connell.

With renowned mouth harp player Snooks La Vie, Robb leaves sold-out shows in Adelaide to join us in chilly Melbourne. She's bringing a stunning new album of depth and simple brilliance. Produced by Chris Parkinson of the Yearlings, and recorded at Mick Wordley's Mixmaster Studio, this is Robb's fourth studio recording, which is featured now on Radio Adelaide, and holding its own in the charts. https://www.courtneyrobbmusic.com

The venue is Some Velvet Morning at 123 Queens Parade in Clifton Hill. It's a small bar, on the 86 tram line- with only around 12 seats at tables in the music room, which opens out onto the main bar. The main bar fits a further 10 to 25 people comfortably. This will be an intimate show, so please get in early if you'd like a seat.

The venue welcomes you to order greek food from their local partner, available from 5pm on weekdays, or 12pm on weekends. http://www.velmo.com.au/menu

It's winter in Melbourne- please rug up, but wear layers as you may get warm inside.
